Each arrangement created by our boutique is thoughtfully handcrafted using premium seasonal blooms selected for their beauty, freshness, and character. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are considered final.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been prepared, delivered, or collected.

Order Concerns & Damaged Arrangements

We take great pride in the quality and presentation of every arrangement leaving our studio. If your order arrives damaged or if you have any concerns regarding its condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so our team can review the matter and assist you promptly.

To help us provide the best possible resolution, photographs of the arrangement and packaging may be requested.

As flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, bloom size, and seasonal availability are part of what makes each arrangement uniquely beautiful.
